Dalit Justice Defenders Report Release
Nepal and Bangladesh
The report is the study on challenges to effective legal remedies for Dalit and Minorities/Indigenous Peoples’ defenders in Bangladesh along with proposed solutions to those challenges. The report evaluates the lack of representation of Dalits in the justice sector and its impact on access to justice for the Dalit community at large, proposing both regional and country-specific recommendations to improve this situation.
