The general registration fee is $100.00 USD per attendee. This fee covers the cost of all conference materials, food, and refreshments only*, beginning March 19 at 8am through March 21 at 12noon. The welcoming reception on the evening of March 18 is also included in the registration price.
If you are unable to register online, you have the option of paying the registration fee ‘at the door‘ once you arrive to the conference, on the evening of Wednesday, March 18 or the morning of Thursday, March 19, before the conference begins. *Each attendee is responsible for securing, scheduling, and financing (either on their own or via sponsorship) their travel to and from the conference, their hotel lodging/accommodations for the duration of their stay, and any other personal needs outside of the scope of the materials, food, and refreshments provided by the conference organizers. AREA AIRPORTS, AMTRAK (TRAIN), & DC METRO
For people attending the Global Conference from international destinations, we recommend you book your airline travel through Baltimore/Washington International Airport, as this is the nearest international airport located to the conference site.
For attendees traveling within the United States, we recommend booking your flight through Reagan National Airport, from which you can easily arrive to the Global Conference site via DC Metrorail (subway system).

GLOBAL CONFERENCE LODGING OPTIONS
We have a limited amount of rooms reserved on the campus of Trinity Washington University, the site of the Global Conference. These spaces are available for the price of $40.00 USD per person, per night. Please plan to cover the cost equivalent to three nights stay if you are attending the conference only, meaning that you will require lodging for the evenings of March 18, 19, and 20 only. If you plan to arrive significantly earlier or leave later than March 21, please email Mikuak Rai, Global Conference Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org so that proper accommodations may be arranged for your stay. Use our convenient PayPal button (below) to purchase your room for the conference.
A secondary lodging option we have reserved for conference attendees is located at the DoubleTree Hotel (by Hilton) in downtown Silver Spring, MD, just a few short metro stations away from the campus of Trinity Washington University, the conference site. We have reserved a block of 20 rooms for the dates March 17 through March 24, 2015. The room rate at this location is $139.00 USD per night plus 13% tax, and includes Wi-Fi internet access throughout the entire hotel. Please plan to book your hotel space for at least three evenings if you’re travling from out of town to attend the conference. We recommend sharing the room with someone you’re attending with or already know in order to split the cost of the room fee. Space is limited AND all reservations must be made by February 25 in order for us to get this discounted price. Anything booked after that date will be subject to the hotel’s availability and may include a change in price from what is stated above.

PARKING FOR THE GLOBAL CONFERENCE
If you plan to drive your car to attend the Global Conference, there will be free available parking at the campus of Trinity Washington University. Please email Mikuak Rai, Global Conference Manager, at email@example.com if you do plan to drive and will require parking so we may arrange for a proper parking permit and ensure adequate parking spaces for all driving attendees. TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM TRINITY CAMPUS
Trinity Washington University will provide limited shuttle service for all Global Conference attendees to and from the Brookland/CAU Metro Station (on the Red Line) and Trinity campus. This will help attendees staying off campus at area hotels more easily find their way to Trinity campus for the conference. Schedules of available shuttles and times will be included in conference attendees’ materials upon arrival.
